Quintal & Associates Human Resources Consultants was founded in 1991 with the clear objective of offering integrated human resources services and partnering with clients.

Unlike traditional recruiting agencies and “head-hunters”, we work very closely with our clients on a wide range of Human Resources issues.

Executive retain search: We are experts in identifying and soliciting potential candidates as well as acting as spokespeople for companies. You will benefit from our privileged contacts that we have built a over the past 30 years and our expertise.

Turn-Key: With this option, we take charge of the whole process: We profile the position, develop a complete series of questions to be used during the interview process.

Animate all of the selection interviews with the hiring manager, debrief after each meeting and conduct references verification to ultimately retain only the very best candidate for the position. We assist you throughout the entire interview process right up to the signing of the employment contract. We can also assist in the preparation of work contracts, confidentiality and non-competition agreements.
